OUR
HANDS ON DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM FOCUSES ON YOUR PROPERTY,
ITS SECURITY, ASSET RECOVERY, AND PROPERTY RESTORATION
3D
offers large and small businesses, apartment and condominium
property owners, and homeowners the quickest and most
advanced disaster recovery service in Ohio. We call
it the Disaster Recovery Program, or the DRP. It is
offered exclusively through 3D.
Top
real estate management companies, facility managers
and commercial claims adjusters use the DRP. The goal
is to lessen critical response time, minimize loss of
revenue and disruption time and reduce property damage
after property is damaged by a natural or man-made disaster.
Registering your commercial business or residential
property in the DRP will minimize revenue losses, disruption
time and damage to equipment and materials. For homeowners,
it will reduce property and personal possession damage
and disruption to your lives.
TWO
LEVELS OF DRP PARTICIPATION
There
are two levels of participation. Details of these two
programs are described in detail in a table below. In
general:
 |
Level
1 is our Basic Service and there is no cost
to the property owner. It is designed for small
to medium sized businesses and residential properties. |
 |
Level
2 is our Premier Service. It is designed for
larger business properties or owners that want more
assured protection and have more detailed emergency
recovery needs. |
HOW
DOES THE DRP WORK?
Step
1
Call and ask to be registered in the program. For our
premier service, a 3D property specialist schedules
a visit to your facility. For our basic service, simply
complete a 3D emergency response contact form and send
it to us.
Step
2
3D develops a disaster recovery plan for your property
and digital photographs are taken. A database on your
property is maintained at our office and a copy is sent
to your property.
Step
3
In the event of an emergency, your call prompts 3D to
dispatch an assessment manager to the damaged site immediately.
A pre-signed work authorization allows us to respond
quickly and mitigate further property damage.
Step
4
Using your site-specific emergency response plan, 3D
determines what needs to be done to get the emergency
portion completed, your property secured, and the recovery
underway.

ALL
INFORMATION KEPT IN A SECURE LOCATION, READY FOR
USE
All
information, property photographs, policy numbers
and contacts and emergency contact numbers
remain confidential and are kept in a secure place
at 3D. The information is used by the emergency
crew dispatched to the scene who board up the
property, construct perimeter fences and temporary
roof protection systems, perform water extraction,
provide emergency power, or perform other temporary
emergency actions. These measures are just the
beginning of the recovery process for the property
owner. It buys them time while important decisions
about how the restoration and rebuilding phase
will be handled.
