| "As
a follow-up on our recent telephone conversations,
I wish to reiterate how pleased I was with the services
provided by Jamie Bronson at my condominium last
month. On the morning of April 9, Jamie was at my condominium
fixing a roof leak in my upstairs bathroom. When I went
down into the basement to retrieve some paint, I discovered
that my hot water heater had busted. As a somewhat panicked
first-time homeowner who was uncertain as to what exactly
to do with a broken hot water heater, I called upstairs
for Jamie. Jamie immediately came down to the basement
and helped me get the situation under control by locating
the main water source and ensuring that no further damage
would occur.
Later
that evening, after the plumbers had replaced my hot
water heater, you arranged for Jamie and Wes to return
to my condo in order to retract the water from my basement
carpet and to dry and then chemically treat (i.e., anti-mold)
the utility closet. Both Jamie and Wes were terrific.
After what had been a nightmarish day, I certainly appreciated
their kindness, professionalism, and patience in answering
my many questions and concerns. I personally expressed
my gratitude to Jamie and Wes that night and told them
that I would he passing along my sentiments to their
superiors. Jamie returned on that Friday morning (April
12) to finish the upstairs bathroom and relay the basement
carpet; and once again, he did a commendable
job -- even taking the time to clean-up both
areas once he was finished.
In
this day and time when consumers often find themselves
being taken advantage of by the repair industry, it
is rare to find service personnel who you feel that
you can trust to do the job right the first time. You
are fortunate to have employees like Jamie and Wes,
and based on the service I received,
I would not hesitate to use 3D in the future or to recommend
the Company to my friends and colleagues who find themselves
in a similar situation."

| "Just
a note to thank you for the highly
professional, yet caring, manner in which you restored
our borne and dealt personally with us. Going through
a fire is a very traumatic experience, but
to be surrounded by the know-how, professionalism, warmth
and caring exhibited by your group, made a difficult time
more bearable. Special thanks to Keith Dawson who
was the perfect person to be assigned as the on-site point
person in my home. He exhibited all of the traits listed
above and seemed to listen with a third ear to understand
my wants for my home. I didnt like the circumstances
under which we met, but I am truly glad to have met you
and your fellow workers; it restores
my faith in companies. I have sent a letter to
my insurance agent, Sanford Lichtenstein, complimenting
your company on a job well done.

Keith stated, after we are back in our home and have
lived in it for awhile, I will contact you if we find
problems. You and I are aware that the carpet in the
dining room will be replaced today allowing the tract
for the doors in that room to be laid and we know that
the bubble in the carpet in the basement will be removed

LETTER No. 3 |
| "This
letter is to express my appreciation for the work performed
by your employees at my residence and services rendered
on my behalf. Like many others here in the central Ohio
region, my basement flooded after a storm in early July
left me without power and a sump pump for 4 days. My home
owners insurance adjuster recommended 3D Building
Systems when I found myself in immediate need of water
extraction and reconstruction services. From the first
day, I was impressed with the level
of service and response from your employees, particularly:
Kathy, Dan, and Rob. They walked me through the process
and arranged for everything to be done. I was not required
to do anything except leave town and enjoy an overdue
vacation while they worked on my basement. This
helped me tremendously during a stressful time.
Two
weeks later after new drywall had been installed, my
basement flooded again after another sump pump failure.
At 9:00 p.m., I was able to reach someone from your
office, Jim Nichols. Jim walked me through the process
of stopping the immediate problem. He also dispatched
Wes to my home to assess any damage. Wes arrived at
10:00 p.m. and checked my basement and reassured me
that everything would be fine and that my drywall was
ok.
Two
sumps (including a battery back-up) and several rainstorms
later, I think my basement is fine. I have minimal cosmetic
repairs still to be done, but the bulk of the problems
are resolved and structurally everything appears to
be in good condition.
Your
staff has been very helpful in
not only the physical part of reconstructing my basement
but more importantly, they assisted me throughout the
process so that my personal stress
was minimized. I am extremely grateful for that
and would not hesitate to recommend or use your company
